Instead of an email attachment somebody re-keys, a wholesale order from a connected buyer lands matched to your catalog and ready to go.
- Buyers connect, you approve. A connection only exists when both sides say yes, and either side can end it at any time.
- One click, or none. Review each incoming PO and create the order yourself, or turn on automatic creation for buyers you trust.
- Mismatches resolve once. Point an unmatched SKU at the right product and the connection remembers it.
- Fulfillment reports itself. Ship as normal and your tracking updates the buyer's PO, so there are fewer status emails and reorders come sooner.
- Orders from automated buyers. Buyers can automate their side too, so a PO reaches you as soon as their stock runs low or their own customer buys. Some ship to your buyer, some straight to their customer, and the order tells you which.
Your prices, published once
Keep one wholesale price list. Connected buyers order at your current prices, changes flow under their approval policy, and orders already sent are never repriced.
- MOQs and pack sizes included. The constraints you quote by email live on the list instead.
- Effective dates. Schedule a price change ahead; it applies to future POs only.

Do I need my buyers to use Stockroom?
For the Network half, yes. A connection joins two Shopify stores that both run Stockroom, and it is free for them too. Everything else in the app works without it.
Can I use this with Shopify Collective?
Yes. They solve different problems. Collective is dropshipping: your retail partner never holds stock. Stockroom Network is wholesale replenishment: your buyer purchases stock, receives it and owns it.
What does the buyer see about my business?
Order status and tracking on their own POs, and the prices you publish. Your costs, inventory and customer list stay private.
