Built by the team behind MyWorks Sync

Syncing thousands of Shopify stores to their accounting showed us that most of the mess starts upstream, in purchasing. Merchants were running restocks across a purchase-order app, a spreadsheet, a label app and a counting tool. None of them agreed with each other, and most of them charged by the purchase order.

So we built the app we thought should exist: a complete purchasing and inventory workflow with POs, receiving with landed costs, counting, reordering, labels and alerts in one place, easy enough to use on a busy shop floor. It's free. Our business is MyWorks Sync, which syncs a store's orders, inventory, purchasing and more into QuickBooks or Xero. Merchants who want that subscribe to it, and everyone else just uses the app.

Stockroom started as the landing place for merchants leaving Stocky, and it is growing into a Shopify-native inventory platform: bills of materials and builds for merchants who make what they sell, deeper forecasting, purchasing intelligence, and the kind of depth merchants currently leave Shopify to find in an ERP. As it grows, your inventory stays in Shopify and your data stays yours.
