- Push POs and bills. Send a PO to your accounting platform as a purchase order, a bill, or both - per document.
- Synced badges with deep links. Every synced PO links straight to its accounting document.
- Adjustments feed. Stock adjustments flow through for accounting visibility.
- Landed costs your accountant can reconcile. Freight and fees allocated at receiving carry into the synced documents.
- COGS journal entries. Your true cost of goods sold posts to QuickBooks as a daily or monthly journal entry - debit COGS, credit inventory asset.
- Standalone-friendly. Stockroom works on its own with no accounting connected. Connect whenever you are ready.
Accounting sync FAQ
Do I need a MyWorks subscription to use Stockroom?
No. Stockroom is complete and free on its own. MyWorks Sync is our paid product that syncs your store to your accounting platform, including orders, inventory and more. You only need it if you want your POs and bills flowing there too.
Which QuickBooks versions are supported?
QuickBooks Online syncs directly. QuickBooks Desktop syncs through the QuickBooks Web Connector via MyWorks Sync.
When is Xero coming?
The MyWorks Xero sync is in development, and Stockroom will plug into it when it ships. NetSuite is on the roadmap after that.
