- Their PO arrives in your Stockroom. Buyer, lines, quantities and requested dates, matched to your catalog through the supplier SKUs they keep for you.
- It arrives sooner. The order reaches you as soon as your buyer places it, instead of sitting in an inbox until somebody opens the PDF. That saves the one to three days that used to pass before you knew about the order. Buyers can automate their own side too, and nothing changes at your end.
- Some of them ship to their customer. A drop-ship order carries the end customer's shipping address, so you ship to that address. Your fulfillment then tells their store to notify that customer with your tracking number.
- One click creates the order in your store. You stay in control of pricing and terms. If you would rather skip the click, turn on automatic creation per buyer.
- Unmatched lines are fixed once. A SKU that does not match is flagged. You point it at the right product, and the connection remembers it for every future PO.
- Your fulfillment updates their PO. Ship as you normally do. Your tracking and shipped quantities update the buyer's PO automatically, so they do not need to email you for status.
Publish the prices your buyers pay
Keep one wholesale price list in Stockroom. Connected buyers order at your current prices, and every change reaches them under their approval policy.
- One list, every connected buyer. Prices, minimum order quantities and pack sizes, effective from the date you set.
- Sent POs keep their prices. A price change does not change an order a buyer already sent.
- Your numbers stay private. Buyers see only what you publish. Your unit costs, your margins and your other customers are not shared with anyone.

What does this cost?
Nothing. Stockroom is free for you and for your buyers. The only paid product we make is MyWorks Sync, our accounting sync, and you do not need it for any of this.
What can my buyer see about my store?
Order status, fulfillment and tracking on their POs, and the prices you choose to publish. They cannot see your costs, your stock levels or anything about your other customers.
Do orders create themselves in my store?
Only if you turn that on, per buyer. By default you review the incoming PO and create the order with one click.
Can I disconnect a buyer?
Yes, at any time, and they can too. Disconnecting stops future POs and price updates. Orders already in your store stay in your store.
I also buy from suppliers myself - does Stockroom help there?
Yes. The other half of the app covers purchase orders, receiving with landed costs, stocktakes, reorder suggestions and label printing, all free. Many Network stores run both sides.
